Junior was born and raised in New York City, where he started his football career. He received a full scholarship to the University of Connecticut where he played football for five years. As a husky, he competed with and against some of the top schools and players around the world.
After college, Junior trained with some of the best speed and agility trainers in Florida in preparation for the NFL combine. As a result, Junior ranked top-five in all categorical combine performances. He ran a 4.45 40-yard dash, measured in at 10’7” for the Broad Jump, and his vertical was 38”. His performance earned him an opportunity to play with two NFL teams; the Detroit Lions and the New York Giants. This again, elevated his knowledge and skill of the game.
Since then, Junior has continued his love for football by running camps for kids and has devoted his time and efforts to those learning the things he believes will help them succeed as student athletes and individuals.
Junior has used his process while training numerous college and NFL athletes in speed training, strength, conditioning and agility. He has the unique ability to position an individual’s specific goals to their position. Which is why it makes him one of the most versatile and valuable trainers at J-Leethal.

This training program is for clients that have a specific position that they want to learn and strive to become proficient in. It includes specific drills and conditioning for that position, emphasizes mental aspects of that position, as well as specific footwork exercises and drills to excel at the position.
This training program is for clients who are starting from the beginning. Though they may have a position they desire to focus on, the goal is to whip the client into shape and create an athlete that can be versatile and play any position.
