Strengthening
Body Weight Training:
● Calisthenics are highly used to help build your muscles and core.
● We may use weighted vest or sand bags to give a little bit of resistance while training.
● Band training with leg movements and and resistant running.
● Manual muscle stimulation, giving maximum push without weights being involved but getting the same results.
Speed Training
How to Run:
1. Proper Techniques of Running
● Sprinting Drills
● Resistance Drills
● Legs and core strengthening
● Building acceleration
● Excelling in quick twitch movements
● Proper feet placement for speed burst
Conditioning
Learning how to run:
Demonstrating proper running mechanics will teach him how to sprint and use his maximum speed for longer distances and duration.
Sprints:
Fast twitch training to create better burst of explosion to separate from your opponents. Creating the pattern to fight through fatigue when you gets tired.
300s:
A slow twitch training for long term endurance and in game stamina, so you can experience long lasting game speed.
Agility:
1. Cone Drills: Footwork drills will allow you to learn various juke moves to avoid being tackled in the game.
2. Ladders: Allowing you to improve balance and learn how to use your legs while running through traffic.
3. Ball Drills: Teaching you how to not panic in bad situations and keep your composure to still make plays.
Discipline Coaching:
1. Responsive Drills: Developing their hand-eye coordination.
2. Reaction Drills: This keeps your opponents on edge, disabling them from knowing your next move.
3. Consequence Training: For each mistake the client makes, there will be an exercise waiting for them in moderation. This will keep them focused and vigilant throughout the workouts.
